Hi Fred,
Looks like a Peterborough to me. The model is a little harder to determine. It could be a late model 604, an Otonabee, a 16S or an early high end Champlain. All of those models were built on the same form and in various grades.
The Canadian Canoe Co also sold versions of the Peterborough high end Champlain and the Otonabee called Hiawatha and Habitant.
