serial number request

Friends,
I recently purchased what I believe to be an Old Town 15' Trapper. The serial number on the interior bow stem appears to be "146431" (the initial "14" is hard to read and may be incorrect). That 6 digit number is followed by an additional "15" located about 6 inches further along the stem (I presume that number refers to the canoe's length). I will appreciate information from the build records.
