T tnyankee LOVES Wooden Canoes Jan 5, 2011 #2 I believe I have read about a marine glue on some other posts on here. Wish I had a name for you.
pklonowski Unrepentant Canoeist Jan 5, 2011 #3 I suppose a traditional restoration would demand hide glue... which is water soluble, so might not be the best choice. Gorilla Glue, or Titebond 3, are waterproof glues; I use hardware-store epoxy.
