Old Town F.G. Breakout Canoe – Serial 185834

Hi everyone,
I recently picked up what appears to be an Old Town fiberglass canoe with the factory “Breakout” patterned hull. The canoe is approximately 16 feet long, and after several rubbings of the stamped serial number, I believe it reads 185834.
From what I’ve been able to find, the hull style and pattern seem consistent with the late 1960s or early 1970s Old Town F.G. canoes.
Would anyone be able to check the Old Town factory records for serial 185834 and help confirm the model, build date, original finish, and any shipping information?
I’ve attached photos of the canoe along with the clearest rubbing I could get of the serial number.

Welcome and congratulations, the Old Town canoe with serial number 185834 is a 16 foot long FG (fiberglass) model that weighed 86 pounds. It was built between December, 1970 and February, 1971. The original exterior gelcoat colors were white on the deck with a breakout design on the hull. It shipped on April 19th, 1971 to Kankakee, Illinois. The back side of the record indicates that it was purchased on June 12th, 1971 and moved to St. Anne, Illinois. Scans showing both sides of this build record can be found below.
