Beautiful, Howie! I never thought I would like a yellow canoe but not too long ago I painted one yellow and loved it. Yours seems even nicer. What paint and color is that?

Thanks for the kind words! I used Epifane's Monourethane Bold Yellow #37.
Years ago I did another using Epifane's Yacht Enamel that looked just as nice.

That looks nice. I always like paddling next to people in yellow canoes and yellow shirts. They act like "bug magnets" here in the UK and keep me pest free

Epifanes is great paint albeit a tad expensive and in small pots.

Wow! I'm impressed! I am restoring a 1941 Yankee, which also has western red cedar planking, and northern white cedar ribs. So I took note of the color variations with your finished canoe. Also as a luthier, I'm familiar with these woods when used as soundboards for instruments. The contrast in the colors is lovely!
