how to determine a canoes value?

Hi all,

I recently finished restoring a Penn Yan Rainbow 16ft. Now that I am done and absolutely in love with the canoe. I would like to insure it. Is there some where I can go to find out an approximate value? Too me it is priceless but a ball part nominal number would be nice. Any input would be appreciated.
