The canoe you inquire about was shipped on 9/26/1945 to Jacksonville, Florida as a 17' HW (heavy water) in CS (common sense) grade with western red cedar planking, spruce gunwales and ash seats, thwarts & decks. It was also built with a keel and the original color was dark green. If this does not match your boat please send pic's or dimensions and we can try to pin point the model you have. Build record attached.
