The canoe you inquire about was shipped on May 17, 1927 to Philadelphia, PA. It was built as an 18' model Guide in CS (common sense) grade with western cedar planking, spruce gunwales, oak seats, thwarts & decks. It also had a keel, outside stems and floor rack. The original color was "slate".

Another look for notations on backs found this which I believe is related to your canoe. Might give you a bit more info on the journey your boat has taken.
