I will hold my tongue as we will bottle barrel Number two of a a special brew early December, 110 proof. big fundraiser at Whitegrass WV "resort" Everything is donated to help local kids in Canaan Valley. I bring 500 oysters each year, come get some,

Two Hearted ale, It was initially released as a winter seasonal in 1997 but transitioned to a year-round offering in 2003 and seemed to taste better back then. HopSlam Is still Seasonal and taste slightly different from year to year, so I think. But I don't have enough empirical evidence either so I will keep testing.
