Well since you put it that way. Would be easier to show you, but as shown to me after much trial and error varnish the outer hull ( I always did anyways) and put a release agent on if you wish, canvas as normal and I treat with zinc napthanate to preserve which also tightens it of course. West system 410 microlight makes up a nice consistency and work it in sufficiently, when green before fully cured a second coat again with bondo squeegees and in 3-7 days you have about 3 hours of sanding to a nice hard surface. Fairs well with 410. Paint and enjoy. Very stable and no movement. And no blisters, ever! Your mileage may vary but after a half dozen it’s my pref method
