How do I determine the value of this item. The brass tag reads Manufactrured By
HE Crandell
Lake Quinsigamond
Worcester, Ma

This item is the wooden front deck, with a wood piece attached under it that looks a rudder? Which has a large metal ring attached. A person is interested in buying, I have no idea what's the value.

The selling prices for similar things on eBay range from about ten to several hundred dollars. The good news is that there aren't many around, the bad news is that there appear to be very few people who are buying them. You could pay to list it on eBay and see what kind of bids you get but an offer that you have in hand now may be the best deal for you. Good luck,
