I purchased a cedar strip canoe in 1974 from a builder in Temicaming Quebec. His last name was Mayhew or Mayheu, not sure of the spelling. When in Temagami in the late 1990’s The owner of the canoe company there knew of the builder. If anyone knows anything about the builder, I would love to hear from them I still have the canoe in excellent shape. I would like to sell it.
