I have recently acquired a 1967 Old Town, Otca, with rotted stems at the tips and partially rotted decks and inwales. Quite new at this and doing some research. I am making new decks and splicing inwales and stems to fit. What I would like to know is, by what means and exactly where, do I connect the stems the deck area?
