The BCF at the beginning indicates that it may have been made by BCB of Lafayette County and the page at http://uscgboating.org/content/manufacturers-identification-detail2.php?id=16821 indicates that they were in business from 2010 to 2012. The information at http://www.boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/hin.htm may help you interpret the rest of this hull identification number. There isn't much more that anyone here can tell you. Sorry,
