The canoe you inquire about was shipped on June 18, 1942 to Edwards & Walker Company in Portland, Maine. It was built as a "Yankee" model in CS grade with spruce gunwales, ash decks, seats and thwarts. It was also ordered with a keel and was painted to design #47.
