Seliga Serial Number

Looking at a Joe Seliga 17' canoe serial number 575379-17. Was hoping that Benson or Dan Lindberg could decode the serial number. Was it built in 1975?

My records show this to be from May, 1975 which was numbered 379. It is a 17 foot long canoe painted dark green that shipped to Ohio. The planking was "3.5 inch WC" with canvas skin. The ends were "Low Guide" and the decks were curved. The gunwales were "Mah" (which may be mahogany) and a shoe keel. It was "Ord 5/22/75 PU 8/7/75" (ordered 5/22/1975 and picked up 8/7/1975) with "Ask" (which may be a ash with a typographical error) for the "Seats Thwart Yoke."
