Rustoleum too Glossy! Looking for advice

One more question for this thread: how long do I need to let the Rustoleum harden before I can splash her? Might give the inside fresh varnish, but the runoff is starting up north and I’m kind of anxious to start paddling.

A lot of hand sanding with these....my fingers first started bleeding...then put a leather glove on...wore a hole through them....and put tape over the holes in the glove...lol
