Reborn Paddlers from Maine

We were once paddlers...and we are finally falling back in love with paddling after moving back to New England (Maine).

Previously (as in 10 years ago) we spent most of our time on the water in kayaks, but this past year we picked-up a little cedar strip canoe. Now, with the Gazetteer in hand, we are pouring over so many paddling options. It feels like Christmas morning every morning with so many ponds, lakes and rivers to explore.

Sooo...we're excited to read trip reports here, and this winter we'll be looking for some advice on restoration.

The plan is to meet on the boat ramp in Hallowell at 8:30 - 9:00 and paddle down river to Richmond. Thanks, Benson. We're actually planning a little canoe excursion to Lobster Lake this week and will have to be working Saturday, but we'll look for another opportunity!
