Photo Request

Hi All,
I need your photos of canoes in fall and winter, ie., autumn leaves in the bottom of the boat, a frosty deck plate, canoe stem breaking through thin ice, any photo that captures the essence of the wooden canoe in these seasons. Closeups are probably better than landscapes with a "canoe in there somewhere". I'll use these on the carousel of the main page. Email me directly or post a reply so others can vote!

3 Neither the dog nor I could wait to try out the new old canoe we had just brought home March '09

Me too Denis. I have driven past that boat house for 25 years on my way home from my inlaws camp in Eagle Bay as well as many canoe trips! You can see it just before the Old Forge Art Center as you go south tucked back in a little bay. I always wanted a photo of it and we went on an evening paddle and I knew just where to go. They also used the boat house as the scene for this years painting and poster print! Keep the faith Denis, I'm sendin positive thoughts your way!!!!
