Peterborough sailing canoe

Met a gentleman today who is looking for anyone interested in a Peterborough freighter style sailing canoe. His family is original owners with original canvas still on it. He would love to keep it but has limited space to store it. The serial number is obscured but he has original paperwork as his father was buyer in mid 1930's. Anyways, he is not sure if there is a market for it. Does not need new canvas but one could and clean it all up.

Canoe is located in Vancouver area of Canada. We don't see that many freighters in the pacific northwest. More up north and east.

Rod, right boat wrong province! just bought its twin a week ago, starting resto shortly. Toss it in a train car or in a moving van headed this way and i would give it a home. Even bought the motive power already. cheers from Ontario
