I stumbled across a Penn Yan sailing canoe last week, stamped CN200. Any help with specific info? Thanks in advance.

There are no known Penn Yan serial number records available so there isn't much more that anyone here can tell you, unfortunately. However, the lettered prefix is usually a model code and the page at https://woodencanoemuseum.org/index.php/builder-history/penn-yan-boat-company has more details. The GN prefix was used on their Scout models from 1948 to 1960. Page 37 of their 1953 catalog at https://woodencanoemuseum.org/index.php/manufacturer-catalog/penn-yan-boat-company-1953 has more details. Nice find,
