The Old Town boat with serial number 140054 is a 16 foot long, AA (or top) grade, All Wood Oceanboat with a 72 inch deck, a keel, outside stems, and a floor rack. It was built between May and August, 1944. The original exterior paint colors were white on the sides and tropical red on the bottom of the hull. It shipped on August 10th, 1944 to Amesbury, Mass.
