Old Town "lightweight" Serial Number 202365

Welcome, the Old Town canoe with serial number 202635 is a 13 foot long lightweight model with a keel, and fiberglass in place of canvas. It was built in June, 1974. The original exterior paint color was red. It shipped on July, 1st, 1974 to Traverse City, Michigan. The back side of the card indicates that it was purchased on July 6th, 1974 and moved to Kalkaska, Michigan. The warranty card was returned on September 13th, 1974. Scans showing both sides of this build record can be found below.
These scans and several hundred thousand more were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
