The Old Town canoe with serial number 152879 is a 13 foot long, CS grade, fifty pound model with white Maine cedar planking, open spruce gunwales, and a keel. It was built between May, 1949 and January, 1950. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on June 5th, 1950 to Ashland, New Hampshire.
