How rare are negatives from the shop? I don' recall seeing any previously, but then again I have middle age male memory so that doesn't count for much. Looks like they are from the 1954 catalog or somewhere close. Outboard looks like a 1954 Johnson 25, so they can't be much earlier.

I don't ever remember seeing any of these on the open market before. The images appear to be from the early 1950s as shown at http://www.wcha.org/catalogs/old-town/covers/large-53.gif on the 1953 to 1956 catalog covers. The pad of paper is from the early 1980s and my brother still has several. I have an archive with over a hundred similar negatives, the factory has another large collection, and my aunt was the photographer so she may still have some too. I'm interested but not for $155.70 so I'm waiting to see if the price will come down.
