Old Town 7710 or 77107

I have a green and grey Old Town wood-and-canvas canoe with a registration number of either 7710 or 77107. E. Hack is marked on two ribs. It seems to be 16 feet long. I also have two paddles marked Hack. Two photos are attached.

The serial number certainly starts with 7710 but I can't tell if there is a 7 at the end.

The prow has an obscured Old Town plaque. The canoe came into my hands from the Philadelphia PA area.

Can you find the card that says when this canoe was made? Thank you very much.

Very nice canoe, E-HACK of Mt. Holly

Great picture of canoe, I have just purchased 2 similiar canoes ,Both have E-HACK on them, 4 locations on hull. 1 on each stem by s/n 1 on each rib by seats each end, Same color pattern gray ,green,yellow outside stems,birch decks 16" long, two seats, two thwarts. Haven't came across tthe marked paddles yet. any pic's. Go to ebay#250628245958 for a view of the livery and canoe in water ,at 100 mill street Mt. Holly nj. Edward Hack's address. It's a black and white postcard. I'll bring it to the assembly if your up there. Reguards. JIM

The Old Town canoes with serial numbers 77101, 77103, and 77105 are all 16 foot long, CS (common sense or middle) grade, gray canoes that shipped on May 7th, 1923 to Edward Hack in Mount Holly, New Jersey as shown below.
