The Old Town canoe with serial number 169864 is an 18 foot long Guide model with a keel. It was built between February and July, 1960. The original exterior paint color was G. S. (Guide's Special) Green. It was shipped on July 26th, 1960 to Sparta, New Jersey. The back side of this record indicates that the canoe may have moved to Englewood, New Jersey by October of 1977 when a previous letter requested a copy of this information. Scans showing both sides of this build record can be found below.
