Old Town 114449 16 Sponson Sail Canoe

Looking for build records and any info available for this canoe. It is in excellent condition except some paint is chipping on the sponsons. Any idea of the value would be appreciated (we paid $3,000) . We were told it was 1911 vintage but I now believe it is mid 1030's. It was repainted with Kirby's "Bottle Green", probably not original color. I think I figured how to rig the sail but would like to be sure. Any rigging instructions or diagrams would be appreciated.
