Old Town Sail Canoe

I just located an Old Town sail canoe which was originally used at an old boys' camp on Black Point, Ticonderoga, Lake George. It has serial number 60757 18 and will be restored to its original glory. It appears to be white canvas originally, and currently painted red.

Any history on the hull would be greatly appreciated and helpful in its proper restoration.
