I stand with the others who are simply awestruck by your work. Your canoes qualify as High Art, and they have a functional side as well. Having paddled one, I can say it was a spiritual experience. Keep at it, Ferd... you're amazing!

Here is a restoration of a "Basket Case" birchbark canoe for your viewing pleasure. I got this one for free! The previous owner did not think it was repairable but I was up for a challenge and it was!
