This canoe is ready to have a birthday...it was shipped on April 20, 1946 to Monmouth, Maine. It was built as an "HW" (heavy water) model in "CS" (common sense) grade with spruce gunwales and ash seats, thwarts and decks. It also had a keel and the original color was dark green. A build record is attached.
