$429 for applying #10 midewcide treated cotton duck; canvas included in the price. No filler, no woodwork, no oiling, no nuttin.

Takes me between 3-4 hours to stretch and tack on new canvas plus cost of canvas (untreated). And as above, with "nuttin'" else it would run between $275 and $ 330 Can. I get lots of requests for an idea on what it would cost and I usually quote around $75 per foot for the full thing (labour and materials) without any wood repair, sanding or varnishing so you can put it back into the water.

Their ball park estimated cost for the recanvasing of a 16 foot canoe is listed there as $1600. Your mileage may vary...
