Morris canoe

Have located a NICE Morris canoe that is currently reserved for a tentative buyer...Interior is excellent and appears to be all mahogany except for the ribs and planks of course...would just need cleaning and canvas...What would be a fair offer to get it?.....nothing broken....anywhere...just needs cosmetics and canvas...Thanks
