How do you canvas the transom of a Penn Yan shiff?

I'd like to cover this 12' Penn Yan skiff with canvas rather than Dacron because I 've never worked with Dacron.

What are the steps in covering the transom?

Hi Dan,

I have recovered 2 penn yan's with the dacron. It is EASY! I don't know how you could cover the transom with canvas and get it to look neat. The dacron just blends in once you put the bias tape on.
