Heard an interview last night on Maine Things Considered with Randy Spencer, author of Where Cool Waters Flow. Sounds like an interesting book about guiding culture in northeastern Maine, though I haven't read it yet. I have no self-interest in this book or author; just thought it might be of interest to other forum-ites. I found it on Amazon here:

Great book! I've been going to northern Maine all my life but have never made it to Grand Lake Stream. That will change this summer!
