Gerrish 1/5th scale

Just put the outwales and gunwale caps on my 1/5th scale Gerrish. If you think full sized closed gunwale replacement is hard, you should try doing it in 1/5th scale, what a bitc$!!!! You look at it and think, no big deal. Yeah, right! Photos to follow. I'm trying to refine the gunwale caps to be more in scale where they taper at the ends, what a task! Everything has to be perfect in order to line up and cover inwale/deck seams at the same time. no easy task.
