Thanks to KA8WNO and his Radiogram welcomes, I found out about this group.
I recently was given an old family canoe. I remember my grandfather working on the shell and ribs when I was 6-7 years old and him telling me that it was my great grandmothers canoe that he was fixing...albeit he used fiberglass for the outer shell, the interior is still old wood rib. I have quite the project as it has stood unused in my brother's garage for many years and needs a little tlc on the inside. Feel free to write me at hiskeys@twcny.rr.com.
