Deck framing for early OTCA

I would appreciate someone posting a photo of the deck frame plan and the curve of the bow of an early OTCA, around 1919. My current project has been the victim of several repair jobs and it is hard to know where to start.

Many thanks for your help, R.C.

Thanks Benson,

You have already given me the Work sheet on #53560. You are right the rough deck frame is about 36". If I could get the actual length of the early Otca decks the rest will be easy. Now I need the bow curve.

The build record at https://www.wcha.org/forums/index.php?attachments/39568/ seems to indicate 30 inch decks but it could be a bad scan of a 36 inch notation. The frames probably were made at the factory originally. The standard Otca deck is twenty inches long as described at http://www.wcha.org/forums/index.php?attachments/22918/ and solid with no frame. The bow stem curve should be the same as the stern (and any other Otca, HW, Yankee, Livery, Charles River, or other high ended model model from this era). Let me know if this doesn't answer your question. Good luck,

Benson
