Decal

What has happened to our WCHA Logo or Decal on the left side? It used to be at the top left beside the name but it now "floats" with the posts and seems to change position frequently? What changed? I greatly prefer the top left like it was... fixed with the name... IMHO

Looks like its a bug with the way IE8 is rendering the CSS... easiest solution is to switch to Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome...
