Could I get the build record for OT 179996 18? It is an 18' Otca form about 1965, no outside stems, floor rack or half ribs. Sailing setup, and maybe light blue from the factory. Thanks!

The Old Town canoe with serial number 179996 is an 18 foot long Otca model with a keel. It was built between February and March, 1968. The original exterior paint color was pale blue. It shipped on July 10th, 1968 to Orlando, Florida. The back side indicates that it also had a mast seat, mast step, and two painter rings. Scan showing both sides of this build record can be found below.
These scans and several hundred thousand more were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others as you probably know well.
