I should get on putting one of my own up.Some people have very interesting pictures for theirs.It would be a nice feature if you could click on it so that it would enlarge so a person could see the avatar in better detail

I agree that would be neat - of course bigger pictures would take up more memory on the server - not sure how much . . .

The avatars don't take up much space and they are currently linked to your personal profile page. The personal profile can contain one additional and slightly larger profile picture and a link to your personal home page. A personal home page is really the best way to provide more pictures and details about yourself. There is also a list at http://www.wcha.org/members/ with links to some other member home pages. All of the forum's image attachments currently occupy about 35 MB so disk space is not a big issue yet. Let me know if this doesn't answer your questions.
