The Old Town canoe with serial number 46394 is an 18 foot long, AA (or top) grade, Charles River model with red western cedar planking, open mahogany gunwales, mahogany decks, mahogany thwarts, mahogany seats, a keel, and a floor rack. It was built between November, 1916 and January, 1917. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on January 12th, 1917 to Detroit, Michigan.
