Hi,

This # looks like 116645 but the third digit is not clear and could be a 5 or an 8 - maybe.

It is an 18' Sq Stern

I think your first guess got it. The build record for 116645 is a 18' Guides Special Square Stern with spruce rails and oak decks, seats and thwarts. It was shipped in June, 1936 to Montecello, ME. It was painted dark green. I didn't check your other possible #s so if this doesn't seem to fit your boat let us know.
