Indian Girl has a new home

1905Gerrish

Loves Old Maine canoes
After searching for about 15 years for the right one, I pulled the trigger on a A grade 16' Rushton Indian Girl. Pretty happy making the purchase without laying eyes on it until I picked it up. The front seat has been poorly replaced and is not broken again. The kink in the port side will hopefully straiten a bit when the new front seat is installed. Other than that, I see 6" of new planking and an epoxy repair where I screw pulled through the inwale at the deck. The current painted duct tape repairs did not fare well on the ride home and might need replacement;) Serial number #2626
