What is it?

16' long, 34" wide x 15" deep.
It doesn't have any decks and looks like it might have been made this way?
Ribs are 2" wide and taper to about 1 1/4"
It has a cap nailed on the gunwales.
It has a keel.
Slotted screw hardware, not square-drive.

I would guess that it is home made or from a very small builder. The square keel and extra seat bolts may also indicate that it had extensive repairs at some point. Are there any serial numbers on the inside stems? See the suggestions at http://forums.wcha.org/showthread.php?t=791 if you are not sure how to find these.
