What Happened To Dan Miller's Identification Pages?

Curious about Wooden Canoes
I am a long time member (#275) but haven't visited the forums for some years. Tonight I wanted to check some specs on Dan Miller's identification page but couldn't get in. Looking to identify a Canadian cedar canvas canoe with these specs: 16' x 12 3/3" x 33" with narrow ribs: 3/8" thick x 1 1/2 wide with roughly 1 5/8 spacing. Thought it might be a Chestnut Kruger but the upturn on the ends is too steep. Any ideas?

Found the CD of Canadian builders in my library compiled by Daniel Miller and Benson Gray. Am now thinking the canoe is more likely a Peterborough Champlain model #1492 given the dimensions, high ends, narrow ribs and spacing. Still wondering why the Dragon Fly site does not appear to be accessible.

I get to that page but apart from the decks and decals pages I can go no further. It appears to now require a log in which, as I recall, I did not need before. Previously, I had found pages of canoe specs.
