What do I need for gunwales on my 1911 HW OT?

I bought a 18' 1911 HW OT boat, CS grade (thanks WCHA for looking up the serial number 18091).

I'm not sure what I need for gunwales- I'm pretty sure I need outer ones, but I would think I need something along the top rail too . Please see pic. I'm refinishing myself, and are getting stuff ready for Spring, and Gunwales and canvas is coming up fast!

I do have the missing thwarts and seats, they were pulled for stripping.

Thanks in advance, I know it seems like a silly question, but I have no experience with this!

The build record for your canoe indicated that it had all spruce rails originally so you should probably see if you can find some long spruce or something similar. Please reply here if this doesn't answer your question.

Those pics show exactly what I was asking. Looking at my boat I was sure I needed an outer gunnel, and I guessed I needed a top rail, the pic confirmed that.
