Unknown 14 footer

I recently bought a 14' wood canvas canoe. The only information I have is this serial number: 1353 1448. It also has square head screws. I know this is not much to go on, but I would appreciate any information anyone can provide on manufacturer. Thanks.

The serial number shows you have a Peterborough Canoe Company model number 1448, which is their 15' Bunny model. The Bunny is one of a series they called "Trappers and Lightweight Canoes". Again based on the model number, it was built sometime after 1938 and up until 1955, after which that model number was retired.
