Canoe number 141720 was assigned to a 16' Old Town Yankee model in AA grade. It had ash seats gunwales, seats, decks and thwarts, half ribs, a keel and Outside Stems. It was painted 2 tone dark green on top and GS Green (Guides Special) on the bottom.
It was shipped to Camp Oneida, in Woodgate NY in May of 1945. A copy of the build record is attached.
Scans of approximately 210,000 records were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
