Scrap butternut to the assembly

Hi guys. I’m looking for a small pc of butternut to splice onto a king plank. 3/8 x 1 x 7 would do it!!! I’ll be at the assembly so help would be appreciated!!!!

Hi Chris,
Do I understand correctly; 3/8x1”x7”? I have a hardwood dealer very close to me in Oxford, PA. I can ask. I’m going there anyway in search of long inwale/outwales stock. I’ll be at Assembly likely on Wednesday and Saturday. Any specifics? Such as flat sawn, quarter sawn, figured, etc?

Chris, I have a good stash for paddle carving.
This piece isn't wide enough; 91"x3.5"x1 5/8 thick
oughta last you for a lifetime of kingplanks, eh?
Maybe if you shephard it carefully.
